During August 13th and 14th, 2022, staff Agro-Industry at Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya, by Jiranat Ruangchuang and the course instructor for Food and Service Management, were invited to be guest speakers to shared their knowledge on “Transforming Duck Eggs into Pandan Leaf-Flavored Salted Eggs” with the community in Nong Hong Subdistrict, Thung Song District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province. This activity was organized under the supervision of the local education office in Nong Hong Subdistrict, Thung Song District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province. The main objectives of this initiative were to promote livelihoods and increase income for community members, provide knowledge and skills related to professions that could be used to enhance or establish alternative careers during the COVID-19 pandemic. The event took place at the Nong Hong Subdistrict Education Office, Thung Song District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province.
