The Faculty of Fisheries and Technology of Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya, Trang Campus, went to Ko Sarai Subdistrict, Satun Province, to hold a conference on ‘Community-Based Bank Management for Sustainable blue Crab Resource Revival and Improved Quality of Life in Coastal Communities of Male Coastal Areas in Satun Province.’ The objective was to revitalize and develop the network of blue crab banks in Satun Province, fostering cooperation and knowledge transfer in community-based blue crab banking, managing marine and coastal resources, with the active involvement of the community in development and revitalization. Additionally, they aimed to decentralize the activities of blue crab banks, highlighting their unique features to become centers of learning about blue crab banking, along with conducting consultations with a ten networks of house crab or blue crab banks in the Mueang Satun District and conducting assessments to select blue crab banks for the establishment of learning centers in the local target area.

Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya has participated in the U2T of BCG Fair under the ‘Driving the Economy and Society at the Grassroots Level After COVID with U2T for BCG’ project. The university’s faculties and colleges have organized and selected outstanding sub-districts to participate in setting up booths, with a total of 20 sub-districts selected from a regional-level competition that involved 118 sub-districts

The RMUT-TRM Day is an academic seminar and innovation project organized by a group of nine universities in collaboration with the private sector. It is a joint effort between these universities and the Department of Skill Development. The project showcases work that has been carried out in collaboration with local communities under the theme ‘Developing a Support System for Community-Based Manufacturing Businesses.’ The goal is to create a mechanism to facilitate the development of a digital platform for workforce mobility between universities and the private sector, aiming to enhance businesses at all levels. This initiative is conducted in coordination with the network of nine Rajamangala University of Technology campuses, along with the management units for human resource development and institutional development under the Office of the Higher Education Commission and the National Research and Innovation Policy Council.

The Faculty of Industrial and Technological Education at Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya has signed a memorandum of understanding with Southtech Safety Limited Company to collaborate in the management of teaching, research, innovation, and technology development. This collaboration is intended to leverage the outcomes of their cooperation for mutual benefit. It involves a commitment to develop the potential of personnel from both parties, foster and develop students to be job-ready in industrial settings, and facilitate the exchange of academic knowledge and new technology. The aim is to meet the needs of educational institutions, businesses, and the labor market, both domestically and internationally, in order to enhance the quality of human resources and play a significant role in the future development of the nation

RUTS, along with various faculties, participates in organizing educational guidance exhibitions for students in different schools. The aim is to promote the university’s faculties and courses to encourage interested individuals to apply for further education and pursue careers in the future.
