RUTS is committed to addressing sustainability challenges both on campus and on a broader scale. We recognize that we have an important role to be apart in building a sustainable future. Therefore, we have provided long term strategic plan for 20 years from 2018-2037. RUTS has realized on the SDGs which adopted by United Nation in 2015 where it recognizes that ending poverty and other deprivations must go hand-in-hand with strategies that improve health and education, reduce inequality, and spur economic growth-all while tackling climate change and its impacts as forced migration, and working to preserve our ocean and forests. Since 2022, RUTS has become one of the Southern University in Thailand that decide to participate the Time Higher Education Impact Rankings 2023 to become one of the contributors to our communities, countries and to achieving the global Sustainable Development Goals that affect us all.
