Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya students cultivated sunn hemp as part of their Plant Physiology program, with the dual purpose of improving soil health and boosting tourism in the area. This sustainable initiative not only helps rejuvenate and restore the soil, making it more fertile, but it also adds an attractive element to the landscape, enhancing the appeal for tourists and visitors. The students’ efforts reflect a harmonious balance between environmental stewardship and economic development.

The sunn hemp planting plot garnered significant attention and interest from a diverse group of individuals, including students, professors, and visitors.
