The “Business Administration Seminar and Competition of 9 Rajamangala Universities” project hosted by Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya is a platform for students from Rajamangala Universities of Technology nationwide to exchange knowledge and learning experiences through practical activities. This project creates an environment that allows participants to develop comprehensive business administration and management skills through experimentation, problem-solving, and strategic planning, allowing students to gain real-world experiences that are essential for their future careers and employment. One of the highlights of this program is the focus on providing students with skills that are essential for doing business and managing in the modern era, such as business planning skills, producing media that can effectively communicate with target groups, business English communication skills, and using information technology to increase work efficiency. Practicing these skills through competitions and seminars helps students not only understand academic content but also develop their ability to apply that knowledge in real situations, which helps prepare students to face challenges that may arise in the business field.

In addition, students participating in various activities such as the business plan competition, the graduate practitioner competition, and the Startup Pitching Competition also encourage students to be inspired to pursue a career, especially in entrepreneurship . Students will practice market analysis, financial planning, risk assessment, and professional business plan presentation, which are important skills for working and doing business in the real world. In addition, working together in groups helps students practice teamwork skills, which are skills that are no less important than other skills. Training in business communication skills, especially English language skills in business communication, prepares students to work internationally or in work environments where they must communicate with international clients, enhancing students’ ability and confidence to work and present ideas on an international stage. Such preparation also opens students up to career opportunities in a variety of sectors, including business, government, and non-profit organizations, which often require individuals with diverse skills who are ready to work in challenging environments.

Overall, the project “Organizing the Seminar and Academic Skill Competition in Business Administration 9 Rajamangala University of Technology” is considered a comprehensive potential enhancement for students, enabling them to be prepared in both academic and practical skills, which are not only beneficial for their education but also help create guidelines for them to apply to their work and community development in the future sustainably.
