Project ” Faculty of Education Alumni” Relate and transfer knowledge and experience to career paths in the digital age ” Organized by the Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology Focus on creating opportunities for exchanging experiences between alumni and current students. To provide students with a clear direction in developing themselves into career paths in the digital age. The project was initiated by Assistant Professor Piya . Prasongchan Dean of the Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology This project is supported by the executive board. lecturer personnel and students which together make the work successful and most beneficial to the students. Activities in this project include making merit by offering alms to monks. and informative discussions Which is led by lecturers who are alumni and government personnel. Number of people : 5 These alumni offer real-world career experiences to provide students with insights into stable and sustainable career paths across a variety of career fields. The seminar activities provide current students with guidelines on how to prepare for career skills in the digital age. It also gives them an understanding of how each profession is important in this era where technology plays a major role.
In addition to enhancing career inspiration, This event also serves to create a strong network between alumni and current students. This allows alumni and students to exchange information. knowledge and real work experience Enabling students to understand the skills required in each career field Provide them with a clear path to adapt to the demands of the digital labour market. which is changing rapidly and requires skills that are responsive to working in a high-tech environment Having the opportunity to meet and learn from these seniors’ first-hand experiences also boosts my confidence and motivation to continue learning. In order to be able to prepare for careers and effectively cope with changes in the labor market, the program activities also support students to have opportunities to develop career-related skills through exchange and mutual learning. This gives them an understanding of the skills and work methods needed to prepare for a stable career. Organizing a project like this not only gives students an opportunity to learn from real experiences, But it also allows them to establish further educational goals and have the opportunity to graduate with career-ready skills and knowledge.
