Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya (RUTS), we are committed to addressing energy and climate change as part of our alignment with the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals, specifically Goal 7 on affordable and clean energy and Goal on climate action. Our efforts include implementing energy reduction, renewable energy usage, and greenhouse gas emission reduction policies. We also prioritize energy-efficient appliances, smart/green building practices, electricity conservation, and climate change adaptation and mitigation initiatives. Additionally, we are actively involved in clean energy research, technology development, and investments in energy infrastructure and clean energy technology.

Figure 1 shows examples of how the agency’s policies are implemented in the field of renewable energy.

The university declares that all buildings are designated as energy-controlled structures to promote energy conservation. The utilization of energy management systems within the organization aims to ensure consistent and sustainable energy conservation. Therefore, Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya, Trang Campus, announces its energy conservation policy to encourage staff’s active participation in optimizing organizational energy management for maximum efficiency. These operations have been ongoing until the present.
