The Culinary Wellness Class for Students, part of the Food and Nutrition program, is designed to equip students with essential culinary skills while emphasizing the importance of health and nutrition. This course focuses on teaching students how to prepare balanced meals using fresh, wholesome ingredients, promoting both physical well-being and culinary creativity.

Throughout the class, students engage in hands-on cooking sessions where they learn various cooking techniques, meal planning, and the nutritional value of different foods.
