Faculty members from the Faculty of Agricultural Industry at Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya, led by Assistant Professor Dr. Sawanee Chaipetch, were invited to conduct a training session on “Beef Processing and Marketing.” This event was part of a project aimed at supporting the development and revitalization of farmers, particularly for those involved in raising crossbred cattle in Nakhon Si Thammarat Province.
The activity attracted a group of 49 farmers and participants. The opening ceremony was honored by Mr. Pathomporn Boonsuaykhwan, who delivered a keynote speech to inaugurate the project. The morning session featured special lectures, including a presentation on “Sustainable Revitalization and Development of Farmers” by Instructor Suphanya Chujai, and a discussion on “Beef Cattle Breeds” led by Veterinary Doctor Khosit Areekij.
In the afternoon, participants listened to a talk on “Beef Cattle Health Management” presented by Veterinary Doctor Niramon Thongtem. This comprehensive program provided attendees with valuable insights and knowledge that they could apply to their professions, enhancing their skills and understanding in beef processing and animal husbandry.
