In 2023, RUTS collaborated with University Partnership in Indonesia for the goals of sustainable development around research relating to SDG 1 to 17. For instance, RUTS in collaboration with University Muria Kudus (UMK) in Indonesia conducted the 1st ICEMA Conference “Green Economy Encourages Sustainability Business Development and Innovation of Inclusive Industry and SME in Era Society 5.0” on 29 November 2023 via Zoom Video Conferencing which was hosted by University Muria Kudus, Indonesia.
Dr Lamun Kayurin, Assistant to President and lecturer in Accounting, Faculty of Business and Administration at the RUTS was invited as Keynote Speaker on topic “Sustainability Lean Manufacturing Strategy and Management Control System : A Case Study of a Thai Manufacturing Company”. The research illustrated that Sustainability Lean Manufacturing Strategy (SLMS) has led to create a new management accounting practices which embed in a new performance measurement system which play a constituting role in institutionalizing other components of the strategic posture as follows on belief system, boundary system, diagnostic control system and interactive control system. The main contribution of research is empirical demonstrating how accounting number are central to strategy formulation and implementation but also how performance measurement system enact and enable strategic 
posture.
