On September 28, 2023, Professor Dr. Suwat Thanyaros, President of Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya, inaugurated and welcomed participants to the training program titled “Building Relationships and Managing Conflict in Organizations.” Organized by the Personnel Administration Division, the program featured Mr. Apichai Suttaroj as the guest speaker, who provided insights and techniques for addressing conflicts within organizations. Staff from three campuses of Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya attended the training, held at The Base Vacation Hotel in Mueang District, Songkhla Province.

On Thursday, December 27, 2023, Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya organized a workshop under the activity “Proactive Work for Success” for the fiscal year 2024, themed “Happy Proactive Work in the Organization.” Led by Professor Dr. Suwat Thanyaros, the university president, along with university administrators, faculty, and staff, the event aimed to declare the “No Gift Policy,” promoting awareness and cultivating a sense of public-mindedness regarding the non-acceptance of gifts or gratuities in the course of official duties. Participants were educated on the policy and engaged in a symbolic stand against corruption, fostering an organizational culture intolerant of corruption in all its forms. This initiative underscores a commitment to integrity, fairness, transparency, and good governance in university administration and emphasizes the responsibility of all staff to act honestly and avoid any involvement in corruption.

The Quality Assurance Office of Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya has reported on the plan for preventing and combating corruption at Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya for the fiscal year 2023. and The university has appointed a committee to oversee and conduct assessments of ethics and transparency in the operations of public sector agencies.
