Details:

Students from the Food Management and Services program organized refreshments for a meeting focused on the “Household Debt Reduction Income Generation Project,” held on October 9-10, 2023. The dessert menu included vanilla custard tarts with fresh fruits, mangosteen macarons, and banoffee pie.

The students applied standardized recipes that had been tested previously, allowing them to gain practical experience outside the classroom. This initiative not only enhanced their culinary skills but also contributed to generating income while studying. By engaging in this project, the students learned the importance of food management, presentation, and service, all of which are crucial elements in the hospitality and food industry. This experience also reinforced their ability to work collaboratively and manage events, preparing them for future careers in food and service management.
