Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya, Nakhon Si Thammarat Campus, organized the Thung Yai Agricultural Fair 2023 from February 4 to 13. This event aimed to promote students and faculty in disseminating knowledge and innovations to serve the community, establishing an environmentally friendly agricultural learning center.
The fair also aimed to publicize the university’s various programs and broaden the reach of knowledge in agricultural science and innovation. Importantly, it sought to establish the Thung Yai Agricultural Fair as an annual event that meets the public’s interest.
The fair featured a variety of activities, including knowledge sharing in agriculture, agricultural industry practices, animal health care services, and advancements in science and technology. There were short training courses and the 8th National Graduate Conference on Agricultural Science and Technology under the theme “Agricultural Innovation for a Sustainable High-Value Economy.” The fair also included academic training sessions for local farmers, further enhancing community engagement and support for sustainable agricultural practices.
