Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya has introduced a collaborative operational procedure utilizing the RUTSApp application for efficient attendance tracking. This user-friendly app is accessible on all electronic devices, including Android, iOS, and Windows systems, making it convenient for staff and students alike. Users can easily download the application from the Google Play Store
With the RUTSApp, users can log their work attendance anytime and anywhere, provided they have internet access. This initiative aims to enhance operational efficiency and accountability within the university, allowing for real-time tracking of attendance and improved communication among staff and administration. The implementation of RUTSApp represents a significant step forward in modernizing administrative processes, aligning with the university’s commitment to utilizing technology for better management and service delivery.
The introduction of the RUTSApp at Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya supports Sustainable Development Goal: Sustainable Cities and Communities by reducing the need for employees to commute to campus for routine check-ins.
