On June 30, 2023 Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya managed the “Young Smart Farmer Innovative Entrepreneurship” program was launched under the Agricultural Learning Station Development Project (Training Hub), designed to be a knowledge incubator to enhance farmer capabilities through a collaborative approach, promoting community economics with science and technology based on the BCG (Bio-Circular-Green) economy model.
Funded by the National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA) and managed by the Office of Innovation Management and Technology Transfer, this course was organized by the Incubation and Innovative Business Development Unit. The leadership team included:

Asst.Prof. Dr. Jareewan Jankong, Faculty of Agriculture, Nakhon Si Thammarat Campus, who provided insights into enhancing agricultural business management in plant production, enabling participants to apply this knowledge to their own businesses.

On August 16, 2023, Professor Dr. Suwat Tanyarat, the president of Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya , along with the executive team, welcomed Ms. Buppha Ruangsut, Director-General of the Department of Skill Development, and her delegation to review the university’s collaborative efforts with the Department of Skill Development.
During the meeting, the university received recommendations on joint strategies for workforce production and skill enhancement, focusing on developing curricula that meet the standards set by the Department of Labor to address the nation’s labor and workforce needs. Discussions also covered collaboration on Up-skilling and Re-skilling initiatives for faculty and students, as well as drafting a future memorandum of cooperation. The meeting was held in the Chalatat Meeting Room at Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya, Songkhla.
On January 12, 2023, the Research and Development Institute, led by Associate Professor Dr. Chutinuch Sujarit, Deputy Director of Academic Affairs and Technology Transfer, organized the project “Developing Research Questions with Entrepreneurs to Enhance Competitive Capacity,” for the second time. The event was honored by Assistant Professor Kosin Phattanamanee, Vice President of the Trang Campus, who gave the opening speech and welcomed the guest speakers at Nakarin 2 Conference Room, Rua Rasada Hotel, Mueang District, Trang Province.
In this project, Associate Professor Dr. Chutinuch Sujarit delivered a lecture on research strategies and the role of Group 2 universities, and helped identify regional issues to define research questions through Pain Point analysis, led by Assistant Professor Dr. Paphatkan Areekul, Deputy Dean of Academic and Research, Faculty of Engineering and Technology. Representatives from public and private sectors in Trang Province participated as stakeholders and end users, including Ms. Ladawan Chuachart from the Tourism Authority of Thailand, Trang Office; Mr. Thanaphot Suphasri, Chairman of Trang Provincial Industry Council; Mr. Luepong Ongcharoen from Pracharath Rak Samakkee Trang (Social Enterprise) Co., Ltd.; Mr. Pracha Ngamrattanakul from Tipmeta Co., Ltd.; and Ms. Naina Rattiya Wong from Woodwork Farm Co., Ltd. The event included group workshops to brainstorm research questions aligned with the local context and national goals. The project attracted significant interest from researchers.
