  2. Utilization of soursop for natural pest control (Faculty of Agriculture)
  3. Value-added soursop product development (Faculty of Science and Technology)
  4. Smart irrigation system for soursop plantation (Faculty of Science and Technology)
  5. Soursop database and learning center (Faculty of Management Technology)
  6. Development of probiotic soursop yogurt (Faculty of Agro-Industry)
  7. Development of soursop extract lotion (Faculty of Science and Technology)

This research program supports local farmers and producers by:

  • Conserving and utilizing local plant genetic resources
  • Developing innovative food and non-food products to increase market value
  • Enhancing farm management efficiency through smart agriculture technology
  • Building a knowledge and learning platform for community agricultural development.

The Plant Genetic Conservation Project on Soursop illustrates how Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijayaintegrates research, innovation, and conservation to support local farmers and food producers. By developing smart agriculture systems, value-added products, and community learning platforms, the project enhances sustainability, income generation, and agricultural resilience in the region.
