The Student Club of the Faculty of Management, Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya (RUTS), organized the project “Developing Future Skills” at Ban Batu Puteh School, Koh Libong District, Trang Province, from 16–17 February 2024. The initiative aimed to enhance the capacity and potential of university students while promoting collaborative learning with teachers and students in rural schools. Conducted under the CHT Volunteers Program, the project encouraged RUTS students to apply their academic knowledge in accounting, tourism, and service management through interactive knowledge-sharing sessions and hands-on activities. Recreational programs were also included to create a supportive and enjoyable learning environment, fostering stronger connections between the university and the local community.

Impact Result :
The project enhanced both student and community learning experiences, empowering university students to apply their academic knowledge in real-world contexts while helping local school students gain practical skills in business, tourism, and service management. By bridging classroom learning with community engagement, the initiative promoted experiential education, strengthened university–school collaboration, and expanded equitable learning opportunities beyond the campus—reflecting RUTS’s commitment to inclusive and lifelong learning in alignment with SDG 4.
