The event was inaugurated at the Vithan Santi Auditorium and welcomed by the Vice President of the Nakhon Si Thammarat Campus. The training workshop, titled “Art of Mixing Mocktails and Cocktails,” was organized by the Nakhon Si Thammarat Provincial Industry Office to equip local residents with vocational and entrepreneurial skills. The course focused on developing participants’ creativity and technical proficiency in beverage preparation, combining modern innovation with local identity and traditional wisdom. The program also aimed to enhance the value of community products, foster entrepreneurship, and build competitiveness for small businesses within local and neighboring communities.

Impact Result :
The project enhanced the vocational and entrepreneurial capabilities of local residents, enabling them to acquire practical skills in beverage innovation and product value creation. By integrating creative training with community-based learning, the initiative promoted employment generation, supported small business development, and strengthened self-reliance among participants. This hands-on vocational training reflects RUTS’s commitment to lifelong learning and skill-based education, contributing directly to SDG 4: Quality Education by expanding equitable access to practical, career-oriented learning opportunities beyond the university campus.
