The Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology, Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya (RUTS), organized the project “Enhancing Teaching Capacity to Create Innovative and Integrated Learning” at Wat Tha Hin School, Sathing Phra District, Songkhla Province, on 8–9 August 2024. The project was inaugurated by Asst. Prof. Chaiya Thanaphatsiri, Dean of the Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology. Its objective was to strengthen teachers’ professional capacity in designing instructional approaches aligned with 21st-century learning principles, emphasizing innovation, integration, and relevance to local contexts. The program included hands-on workshops on instructional design, digital media utilization for developing vocational competencies, and the creation of tools for evaluating learning outcomes. The sessions were led by expert trainers Asst. Prof. Chareefah Hatyee and Asst. Prof. Jukkrit Kaewprasert, who guided participants in developing innovative, learner-centered teaching practices.
Impact Result :
 The project enhanced teachers’ ability to design modern, integrated, and context-based learning experiences, improving their skills in using digital tools and assessment techniques to support student-centered education. By empowering educators with 21st-century teaching competencies, the initiative strengthened instructional quality, encouraged lifelong learning among teachers, and promoted equitable access to innovative education beyond the campus—reinforcing RUTS’s commitment to advancing teaching excellence and inclusive learning in alignment with SDG 4.
