Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya (RUTS), through the College of Hospitality and Tourism, has strengthened community engagement and educational inclusion through two collaborative undergraduate programs: the Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Trading Innovation Management and the B.B.A. in Management and Business Development. Both programs were established under the Public–Private Partnership Premium Graduate Program in collaboration with CP ALL Public Company Limited, aiming to bridge education, employment, and social development.
These programs adopt the “Learn Free, Earn While Studying, and Guaranteed Employment” model, offering students full scholarships, monthly stipends, and guaranteed career placement after graduation. This initiative directly supports low-income learners, reducing educational inequality and providing lifelong economic stability.
Aligned with SDG 1.3.1–1.3.4, the program ensures equitable access, academic completion, and institutional support for financially disadvantaged students. It also contributes to SDG 1.4.1, by fostering sustainable employment and practical skills that strengthen both local and national economies.
Through strong partnerships with private enterprises and continuous community collaboration, RUTS demonstrates that higher education can be a transformative force for poverty alleviation—empowering students, industries, and communities through inclusive and sustainable outreach
