A committee appointed by RUTS to assess energy-wasteful electrical consumption in the Songkhla area identified the Faculty of Engineering complex as the highest consumer. The building’s superior energy usage is a result of its composition of multiple structures and the high electrical load from the large machinery, equipment, and extensive air conditioning systems utilized within the faculty.
