Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya (RMUTSV), through the College of Hospitality and Tourism, has implemented two collaborative undergraduate programs—the Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Trading Innovation Management and the Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Management and Business Development—in partnership with CP ALL Public Company Limited under the Public–Private Partnership Premium Graduate Program. This initiative demonstrates the university’s strategic Policy & Operation direction, integrating public–private collaboration into institutional policy to create inclusive educational opportunities, align with national workforce development strategies, and respond to community and industry needs.

The policy framework emphasizes a “Learn Free, Earn While Studying, and Guaranteed Employment” model, ensuring that students receive full scholarships, income during their studies, and job placement upon graduation. This approach enhances educational accessibility for students from low-income backgrounds while strengthening the operational link between higher education and sustainable employment. It aligns with the university’s policy objective to promote equity, innovation, and sustainability through education that directly benefits both learners and society.

This initiative supports SDG 1: No Poverty, particularly 1.3.1–1.3.4, by providing equitable access to education, financial assistance, and institutional mechanisms that enable economically disadvantaged students to complete their studies successfully, and 1.4.1, by creating pathways toward sustainable livelihoods and employment. Through this integrated policy and operational model, RMUTSV demonstrates how higher education governance can contribute to inclusive growth, workforce development, and the long-term reduction of poverty in alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals.
