On August 2, 2024, the Office of Innovation Management and Technology Transfer, RUTS, assigned its staff to perform traditional music during the opening ceremony of the “Kolek Boat Festival: Art, Color, and Pattern”, organized by the Narathiwat Provincial Cultural Office.
The ceremony was presided over by Mrs. Yupha Tawiwattanakitboworn, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Culture, at the historic Old Narathiwat City Hall.
