The Visual Arts Program of the Faculty of Architecture, Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya (RMUTSV) held its annual student art exhibition, “Long Lae 9: The Terminal Art Project,” on October 24, 2024, at the faculty’s exhibition hall.
The opening ceremony was presided over by Asst. Prof. Dr. Piyaporn Oramut, Dean of the Faculty of Architecture, and was attended by university executives, faculty members, staff, and students.





The exhibition showcased final-year student projects developed through a comprehensive learning process that emphasizes conceptual thinking, creative individuality, and technical proficiency. The project provided students with the opportunity to present their artistic identities and explore the relationship between art, community, and contemporary culture.


Beyond the academic purpose, “Long Lae 9” was organized as a public art exhibition to share aesthetic and intellectual experiences with the broader community.The event invited art enthusiasts, local residents, and visitors to engage with the students’ creative works, reflecting the southern region’s growing art scene and fostering appreciation for visual arts as a medium for cultural dialogue.




The exhibition also served as a platform for academic–community interaction, promoting Songkhla as a regional center for art and creative learning and demonstrating the Faculty of Architecture’s role in nurturing creative practitioners who contribute to sustainable cultural and social development.
