Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya (RMUTSV), through the College of Hospitality and Tourism, has implemented two collaborative undergraduate programs designed to integrate academic learning with professional practice and ensure inclusive access to quality education. These include the Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Trading Innovation Management and the Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Management and Business Development, both established under the Public–Private Partnership Premium Graduate Program in collaboration with CP ALL Public Company Limited. The programs represent a significant Policy & Operation achievement that aligns the university’s management system with national educational policies promoting workforce readiness, lifelong learning, and poverty reduction.
A hallmark of these programs is the “Learn Free, Earn While Studying, and Guaranteed Employment” model, which provides students with full scholarships, monthly income, and secure job placement upon graduation. This policy not only reduces educational inequality but also transforms the university’s operational approach into a sustainable model that integrates public–private cooperation within its institutional strategy. It demonstrates RMUTSV’s capacity to embed social responsibility and inclusivity into policy implementation, ensuring that academic operations directly benefit students, industries, and local communities.
Aligned with SDG 1: No Poverty, this initiative supports SDG 1.3.1–1.3.4 by promoting equitable access to higher education, financial assistance, and institutional support for economically disadvantaged students, and SDG 1.4.1 by fostering sustainable employment and skill development that strengthen local and national economic resilience. Through these efforts, RMUTSV exemplifies how higher education policy can operate as a powerful tool for social transformation and sustainable development.
