The Rajamangala Aquarium, Trang Campus of Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya functions as a strategic marine resource center in the lower Southern region, serving concurrently as an educational hub and a recreational space
for the public. The primary roles of the Aquarium encompass five significant dimensions:
1) serving as a learning center for marine and natural resources,
2) acting as an infrastructure supporting the university’s teaching and learning activities,
3) operating as a center for aquatic life research and conservation,
4) being designated as an Eco-Tourism Attraction, and
5) providing a dedicated venue for community and social engagement activities.
