Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya (RUTS) provides equal employment opportunities for both internal and external personnel to carry out various university activities. This practice aligns with the guidelines and procedures for hiring university staff, including individuals with specialized knowledge, experience, or expertise, as well as those over 60 years of age, in accordance with the regulations on the selection and appointment of university personnel. In 2023, the university employed three external individuals to perform teaching duties within the institution.
