RMUTSV E-Passport and Digital Governance Platform

The Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya (RMUTSV) has developed a comprehensive digital platform to facilitate administrative operations. This system allows personnel to access the operational platform using their individual E-Passport credentials via the internet network.

Key Features of the E-Passport System:

The E-Passport Information System serves as a central hub for university staff, providing crucial functionalities:

  • Secure Access: Personnel can log in to perform official duties using their personal E-Passport.
  • Official Document Alerts: The system includes automated notification alerts for official government documents (official correspondence/mandated documents).
  • Information Dissemination: It provides access to news and public announcements through the integrated E-Passport information system.

This platform exemplifies the university’s commitment to enhancing administrative efficiency and digital governance by providing a single, secure gateway for official duties and communication.

This interface serves as the primary visual component of the platform used by personnel to conduct official university business digitally.

Platform Development for Remote Administration

In addition to the aforementioned system, the Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya (RMUTSV) has further designed a digital platform to facilitate access to administrative duties.

The university employs dedicated personnel responsible for developing and maintaining the application system, ensuring it is continually updated and modernized. A key focus is on upgrading the application’s functionality to enable staff to conduct official duties off-site. This initiative is designed to support future Remote Work systems, particularly facilitating tasks for personnel who are required to work in different areas or campuses.

Furthermore, the platform integrates a system for managing official government documents (official correspondence), allowing personnel to submit formal requests or applications directly through the system instantaneously.
