RUTS, in collaboration with both public and private healthcare institutions — including Songkhla Hospital, Sichon Hospital, and Sikarin Hat Yai Hospital — organized the annual health and mental check-up program for university personnel and students across all campuses.
The initiative reflects the university’s commitment to promoting the well-being, safety, and quality of life of its staff through proactive healthcare measures and preventive medical services. The comprehensive health screenings were conducted for personnel from multiple areas, including Songkhla, Rattaphum, and Nakhon Si Thammarat Campus (covering Thungyai, Saiyai, and Khanom areas), as well as the Trang Campus.
A total of 350 staff members participated in the examinations, which included assessments for general health, chronic diseases, and occupational health risks. Individuals found to have any health abnormalities were promptly referred to the respective hospitals for further diagnosis and medical treatment. Those with normal health results received personalized advice and educational guidance on health promotion, disease prevention, and lifestyle improvement from medical professionals and university health officers.
Through this initiative, RUTS reinforces its role as a caring and health-conscious institution, fostering a workplace culture that values the physical and mental well-being of its personnel as a cornerstone for sustainable organizational development.
