Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya (RMUTSV), Trang Campus, has implemented its “Green Campus” policy to foster an eco-friendly and energy-saving environment. Acknowledging the increase in private vehicle use on campus, the University introduced electric bicycles as a convenient, agile, and energy-efficient travel alternative. On September 2, 2024, Assistant Professor Sittichok Chanyong, Vice President of the Trang Campus, signed a service agreement for electric bicycle parking with Gogo Transtech Co., Ltd., the service provider. The company will deploy electric bicycle services across 35 locations within the campus, charging a rate of 2 baht per minute. Users can pay via the GOGO BIKE application, which is currently being prepared for launch, to serve students, staff, and the general public soon.
