The Personnel Administration Division of the Office of the President at Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya has a mission to promote and develop the potential of university personnel, ensuring they are valuable, meet organizational needs, and are respected by society. The division also aims to coordinate benefits, provide prompt services to staff, and support the university’s internal management system by collecting and maintaining data on all categories of personnel.
University personnel are classified into academic staff and support staff. In the fiscal year 2024, the university had a total of 1,408 staff members, as illustrated in the chart below.
