Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya (RMUTS ) has developed a Mentor Tracking and Consultation System ( MCAS) to meet the need for comprehensive academic support and student care. This system is designed to be usable via an application. RUTS APP is a digital platform service center of the university designed to provide advisors and students with convenient and fast access to necessary information and services. system MCAS provides advisors with a tool to check the total number of students under their care. Whether it is separated by classroom or type of education such as Regular or part-time students Inform your advisor of important information. Etc. Complete information about students in the advisory in addition The system also provides the ability to check student status. such as Normal student status Students who have passed away Or graduated This allows advisors to closely monitor and supervise students. Another important part of MCAS is a communication system between advisors and students. This can be done via email and phone number. Advisors can send emails or contact students directly by phone via the application. Make communication fast and efficient In this case Students can also contact their advisors for more convenient consultation or advice. It helps create a closer relationship between teachers and students and ensures learning. The system also helps teachers to check the registration status of students. such as Registration confirmation Maintenance and fee payment status Including tracking student learning outcomes in each subject such as Semester grade point average and cumulative grade point average ( GPA) , which are important data that help advisors understand and monitor students’ learning outcomes in all aspects. If students have learning problems Advisors can use this information to analyze and provide appropriate advice.
