To promote sustainable and inclusive food choices on campus, Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya offered vegetarian and plant-based menu options at Shuga Café during the annual Vegetarian Festival. This activity aimed to support students, staff, and visitors who observe vegetarian practices, while also encouraging healthier and more sustainable eating habits.
Menu items included:
- Shokupan (vegetarian)
- Red bean (vegetarian)
- Taro (vegetarian)
- Raisin bread (vegetarian)
This initiative increased access to alternative dietary choices, aligning with the university’s commitment to providing diverse, nutritious, and culturally respectful food options on campus.
