These vocational programs expanded access to practical and career-oriented learning for the general public, enabling participants to develop technical, digital, and professional competencies applicable to their fields. By combining academic expertise with industry-aligned training, RUTS strengthened workforce readiness, promoted self-development, and advanced lifelong learning beyond formal education. This initiative demonstrates the university’s strong commitment to inclusive, skill-based education that supports employability and professional growth in alignment with SDG 4: Quality Education.
