Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya has enacted the Regulation on the Provision and Support of Education for Students with Disabilities, B.E. 2562 (2019). This regulation reflects the university’s policy to promote educational management for students with disabilities, ensuring that they receive equal educational rights and opportunities comparable to those of others.
The regulation also serves to support educational access for students with disabilities in accordance with the national legislation on education for persons with disabilities.
Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya places great importance on providing facilities and support services for students with disabilities. The university has adapted its physical environment to enhance accessibility, including the installation of ramps, elevators, accessible restrooms, and designated parking spaces.
In the classroom, students with disabilities are given priority seating at the front, and instructors employ diverse teaching methods to accommodate different learning needs. The university also allows audio recording of lectures, provides scholarships, and offers counseling and guidance services on life skills, academic support, and career opportunities.
