Figure 1.1 Show, the Office of Academic Resources and Information Technology, which officially functions as the library unit of Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya (RUTS), Songkhla Campus. The core mission of this office is to procure and provide diverse information resources, including books, publications, journals, and digital media, to support teaching, learning, research, and lifelong education for students, faculty, and university personnel. Furthermore, the Office plays a role in organizing activities to promote reading, the utilization of information technology, and the development of information retrieval skills, aiming to transform learning resources into modern formats, such as establishing an E-Library and providing access to Online Databases. The service scope covers personnel and students within Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya, as well as the general public through a membership card system.

Figure 1.2 presents the Information and Academic Resources Building, which serves as the principal structure of the Office of Academic Resources and Information Technology at Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya. This building functions as a central hub for academic information retrieval services, providing authorized access to subscribed data resources and comprehensive connectivity to the academic information network of the university, both domestically and internationally. The target users include students, faculty, university personnel, and external members, operating within the scope of national information laws. The facility is situated at 1 Ratchadamnoen Nok Road, Bo Yang Sub-district, Mueang District, Songkhla Province (Postal Code 90000).
