The production method for “Salted Mushrooms” has been found through research to reveal that this type of mushroom has lower carbohydrates and low fat content compared to other mushroom varieties. However, it contains relatively high levels of protein and dietary fiber, which can aid in relieving constipation and improve bowel movement. Additionally, it helps reduce cholesterol and blood sugar levels, making it suitable for weight management. This type of mushroom can be used in a variety of culinary preparations.

Research findings by Dr. Chutinuch Sujarit, an associate professor in Faculty of Science and Fisheries Technology and the intellectual property rights for this work have been protected to support further commercial development for entrepreneurs.
