Asst.Prof.Dr.Kwanhatai Jaipiem , the Vice President of Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya along with a team of faculty members, presented more than 32 works at TRM-Day, held in Future Park Rangsit, in Pathum Thani Province, Bangkok, Thailand.

The TRM-Day academic seminar and work innovation project is a collaboration between 9 universities and the department of skill development, part of the Ministry of Labor, with the Faculty of Engineering Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi serving as the host. In the past, Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya, in conjunction with community groups and industry partners, worked to create a platform for managing and facilitating the development of the 32 presented works.

The works that were presented went through a process of collaboration with communities and industry partners. These works are the result of cooperation among researchers from all campuses. This project was developed on the digital platform to manage and facilitate the exchange of ideas and business development called TRM (Technical Resource Management). In the second year, Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya plans to continue its efforts, focusing on the development of a digital platform for workforce mobility within the university, creating more extensive collaboration with industry partners. The goal is to enhance business development at all levels. This project is in partnership with 9 universities, and it will collaborate with the Bureau of Skill Development, Office of the Higher Education Commission (OHEC), the National Research Council of Thailand (NRCT), and the National Science, Research, and Innovation Policy Council (NSRF). The common objective is to establish a system and mechanism to facilitate and support the mobility of researchers to work in industry through a practical and effective platform.
