Upgrading entrepreneurs and Trang pepper production processes using the identity of wisdom to premium production standards 2023 at the Trang pepper plantation area. Yan Ta Khao District and Palian District, Trang Province

Results from two training sessions on organic standards for farmers found that Trang pepper farmers were very interested in requesting international organic standards. From the selection, there were 5 farmers/entrepreneurs producing organic pepper, which meets international organic standards. (IFOAM organic standards and European organic standards or EU Organic). The researchers invited experts in international organic agriculture to assess Trang pepper growers who would apply for international organic standards. To enable farmers to meet international organic standards, increase the value of products, develop the capabilities of farmers and entrepreneurs, raise the income level of those involved in the value chain, and increase the growth rate of the value of the grassroots/community economy.
