In their pursuit of expertise in plant science, students at the Faculty of Agriculture, Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya, are actively honing their skills in vegetable cultivation. This hands-on experience is an integral component of their coursework, allowing them to gain practical insights into the complexities of plant growth and agriculture. These dedicated students are not only tending to vegetable plots but also getting firsthand experience with rice cultivation, showcasing their well-rounded understanding of diverse plant species and their practical applications in agricultural settings. Through such educational endeavors, they are well-prepared to contribute to the advancement of sustainable farming practices and the cultivation of essential crops.

These vegetable plots and rice fields not only function as essential learning environments for students but also provide a practical platform for them to sell their produce, enabling them to earn income while applying the skills they’ve acquired. Moreover, they are open to visitors, offering a unique opportunity for guests to explore the agricultural landscape and expand their knowledge about crop cultivation and sustainable farming practices. It’s a place where education, commerce, and a deeper understanding of agriculture converge.
