The target groups for development included vulnerable groups, community enterprises, and housewives, as well as individuals affected by the COVID-19 pandemic and the general public in Khlong Se Subdistrict, Tham Pannarai District as shown in Figure below
Project Objectives:
1) To elevate the quality of community products to meet industry standards.
2) To enhance the production skills of community members.
3) To promote the development of new vocational skills within the community.
4) To create awareness among the target customer base.
Quantitative Goals:
1) Community Products in Khlong Se to receive a minimum of 3 product upgrades.
2) Technology transfer to the target group for community product production, with 3 products for 40 people per product.
3) Development of new professional skills among the target group involving 100 individuals.
4) Establishment of distribution channels for community products and public relations within Khlong Se Subdistrict, with a target of 1 channel.
5) Development of selling potential and online marketplace operation skills among the target audience, involving 30 people.
Qualitative Goals:
The upgraded Khlong Se community products that meet quality standards will instill confidence among consumers and the population of Khlong Se Sub-district. This, in turn, will enable individuals to utilize their new professional skills, increase their income, and ultimately lead to an improved quality of life.
