Food and Nutrition, Industrial Arts program, Faculty of Liberal Arts, Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya, led by Professor Jiraporn Tanapongapahua, the project leader, organizes a project to develop human resources with technology and innovation to support the Coastal Tourism industry. Sub-activity 2.3 is a hands-on training on food safety, taking place on July 6th-7th, 2022, to provide students and food business operators with knowledge on safe food production, kitchen tool and equipment management, ingredient selection and preparation, cooking techniques, and food presentation at Building 10, Food and Nutrition Department, Faculty of Liberal Arts, Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya.
