They emphasize the importance of good nutrition for both students and staff members, aiming for their overall health and well-being. This includes consuming high-quality, safe, and nutritious food. The university also promotes knowledge in nutrition and manages food services to produce beneficial and safe food. The Faculty of Arts offers a program in Food and Nutrition, and they have implemented a sustainable nutrition project called “Good Nutrition for Sustainable Life” from March 20th to 22nd, 2565, at Building 58, Faculty of Arts. The project is supervised by Associate Professor Thanaporn Boonsiri, and it involves students from the Food and Nutrition program as well as students from various other faculties within the university. The goal of the project is to provide knowledge in food and nutrition to students and staff members of the university, along with conducting basic nutritional assessments such as weight, height, muscle mass, abdominal fat, and metabolic rate. Additionally, they provide nutritional consultations to students and demonstrate healthy cooking practices to further enhance their knowledge of nutrition and promote better health. This project has resulted in improved health among the students.
