December, 20, 2023. One aspect of building an innovative community is creating a community with local innovators who can transfer knowledge to other community members.
Under the project “Empowering Coastal Communities in Trang Province for Responsible Fisheries Management,” which falls within the framework of the research program “Innovative Communities for Sustainable Development” (BPT), activities are currently underway to transfer aquaculture knowledge tailored to the community. This initiative targets 10 communities, enabling them to develop local innovators who can disseminate this knowledge to other coastal communities. This will lead to the establishment of responsible fisheries management practices in additional communities.
