These activities are designed to foster unity, discipline, and institutional pride among students, promoting a culture of mutual support and respect between upperclassmen and new students. The policies for the organization of such activities are as follows:
Policies
- Welcoming and orientation events must focus on creating a warm and memorable experience for incoming students. These events should provide guidance for successful university life and learning, promoting constructive activities that positively reflect on the university and gain public appreciation.
- All welcoming and orientation activities must respect individual rights, freedom, and equality, strictly avoiding any form of violence or infringement upon personal privacy. Consumption of alcohol or any intoxicants is strictly prohibited, and activities must not interfere with the academic environment.

These stakeholders are responsible for ensuring that the events are constructive, comply with RMUTSV regulations, and adhere to laws, cultural norms, and proper social etiquette.
- Orientation events must be conducted within the RMUTSV premises during the designated period set by the university to ensure the safety and affordability of activities for students.
Measures
All welcoming and orientation activities require prior approval from the university or respective faculty/college. Proposals must be submitted exclusively by the Student Organization or Student Union and include detailed information covering the rationale, objectives, timeframe, location, budget, activity descriptions, procedural steps, project leaders, and supervising faculty members. These proposals must be formally approved in writing by the relevant university authorities.
