Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya has set a policy together with the company. CP All​ Limited ( Public Company ) to organize the ” Premium Graduate ” project By launching a curriculum that not only focuses on student development but also supports strategies to ensure that students from all backgrounds have equal educational opportunities. This includes comprehensive financial support with full scholarships. Reduce the cost barriers to further education The policy covers welfare care for students who lack financial resources and provides opportunities for practical training in workplaces. To prepare them to effectively enter the labor market, the project focuses on business skills development activities. By setting the framework for training in 7 – Eleven stores which is an important part in enhancing retail and management skills In this case The project’s policies also aim to support economic development in the community. By supporting learners to be able to take their knowledge back to develop their local areas. This will help create a sustainable economy and promote the quality of life of the community in the long term.
