Students majoring in Nutrition and Dietetics within the Food and Nutrition program have gained practical experience working in a Bangkok Christian Hospital as dietetic interns. In this role, they learned how to develop meal plans based on nutritional principles tailored to the specific needs of patients.

This hands-on experience allowed them to understand the critical importance of nutrition in patient care, including how to assess individual dietary requirements and create appropriate meal options that align with various health conditions.

Additionally, the students applied the knowledge they acquired in the classroom to prepare healthy meals, ensuring that the dishes met both nutritional guidelines and the dietary restrictions of the patients. This integration of theoretical knowledge with practical application enhances their culinary skills and deepens their understanding of how to promote health and well-being through proper nutrition.

Through this experience, students are better equipped to enter the workforce as skilled dietitians, capable of making significant contributions to patient health and wellness in various settings.
