On December 20, 2023, The Faculty of Agricultural Industry, Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya, provides instruction in the course ‘Fundamentals of Cooking’ for students in the Food and Service Management program, focusing on the principles of cooking, specifically regarding meat, with an emphasis on the pork steak dish. The results from the practice will enable students to acquire proper cooking skills to apply in their future careers.
