The research team on the application and expansion of appropriate technology to enhance the potential in the model for poverty alleviation in Phatthalung Province has welcomed the Governor of Phatthalung Province during a visit to local goat farmers at Ban Tha Chiad, Khlong Yai Subdistrict, Tamod District, Phatthalung Province. The research team has delivered a demonstration set for curry paste production using grinding technology. The Governor of Phatthalung Province, the District Chief of Tamod, and the goat product processing group from the Tha Chiad community participated in the handover to use for generating income for the community.

This research project aims to promote and support local products. By focusing on the unique qualities and resources of the region, the study seeks to enhance the visibility and accessibility of these local goods in the market. This initiative not only helps local farmers and producers increase their sales but also fosters a sense of community pride and encourages sustainable economic development. Ultimately, the research contributes to building a stronger local economy by highlighting the importance of regional products and their role in the broader marketplace.
