Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya (RMUTSV) incorporates SDG 1: No Poverty into its institutional policies and operational strategies to ensure that education, research, and innovation actively contribute to poverty reduction and inclusive growth. Through this project, the university demonstrates a strong commitment to policy integration and sustainable operations that align academic functions with national and regional development priorities. RMUTSV collaborates closely with local government agencies, community organizations, and private-sector partners to translate research findings into practical policies and community-level initiatives. The university’s operational framework emphasizes inclusive participation, equitable access to education and technology, and sustainable livelihood promotion, ensuring that institutional resources directly support the needs of disadvantaged groups. In addition, RMUTSV’s internal governance promotes evidence-based decision-making, resource allocation for community engagement, and long-term monitoring of poverty alleviation impacts. By embedding sustainability and equity principles into university policy, RMUTSV reinforces its role as a driver of local transformation and regional economic empowerment.
